The Book

Since 2005, Gotham Baseball has covered the past, present, and future of NY Baseball.

Once a critically-acclaimed magazine, which is part of the permanent archive at the National Baseball Hall of Fame Library in Cooperstown, Gotham Baseball, — often imitated, never duplicated — is the longest-running online media outlet of its kind.

Now, after years of preparation, the Gotham Baseball book you’ve been waiting for will be released April 6, 2020; Gotham Baseball: New York’s All-Time Team.

Published by The History Press / Arcadia Publishing, Gotham Baseball: Legends of the New York Game is written by Mark C. Healey, the founder of Gotham Baseball, and will feature a foreword by best-selling baseball author and historian Marty Appel, illustrations by the official New York Baseball Writers Association artist John Pennisi, as well as a cover/logo/uniform design by award-winning designer, Todd Radom.
