Gotham Baseball Working With Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation

The Ripkens have long been considered one of the first families of baseball.  In many ways, that family keeps growing and growing.  The Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation continues to reach out and embrace children and teens throughout the country in an effort to spread the legacy and message of one of the game’s great leaders.

Led by sons Cal Jr. and Billy, the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation strives not only to promote the game of baseball to America’s youth but foster a spirit of pride, character, discipline and fun.  The Foundation benefits thousands of kids by encouraging healthy life choices and positive decision-making while reinforcing the fundamentals of the game through the famed ‘Ripken Way.’  In addition, The Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation spearheads multiple enrichment programs such as “Healthy Choices, Healthy Children”, “Badges For Baseball”, and “Swing For The Future”.

Once again, Gotham Baseball Live is pleased to promote the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation Online Auction.  Fans will have an opportunity to bid on an incredible assortment of game-used and autographed memorabilia and equipment from the vast collection of the Ripken family.
