Dellin Betances is one of baseball’s top pitching prospects in a New York Yankees organization that has more than a few blue-chip status hurlers. The man with the responsibility of keeping all of them him on pace to reach the major leagues is Trenton Thunder pitching coach Tommy Phelps. But, he says, as important as Bentances is to the organization, it’s his job to worry about every pitcher on his staff.
